Submitting the notification
- Login to ‘My Membership’ on Scouts.org.uk (visit our login help guide if you don’t know how to do this)
- Scroll down to the section which says ‘Complete a nights away form’ and click it
- Click on each section (‘Event Information’, ‘Event Leadership Information’ and ‘Planning and approvals’) and complete all sections
- Attach your risk assessment under the ‘Risk assessment attachment’ section
- Check all details and press the blue ‘Submit’ button
Checking the status
- To see the status of your notification, scroll down to ‘Programme support’ on the left hand side of the page and click the + sign
- Press the + next to ‘Nights away notifications’
- Press ‘My nights away applications’
- All submitted notifications will appear with the current status shown (submitted, approved, rejected, etc.)
