On Friday 26th November, Wansdyke welcomed its Scouts back for one of our first post-lockdown district events: Challenge Night 2021.
The night took place at Camerton Community Hall and had 70+ Scouts and 30+ leaders present.
Young people across groups were mixed into teams and enjoyed a variety of challenge bases, from code creaking and a rope challenge to the ‘Nuclear Waste’ challenge, emoji coding, and other team-building activities.
Following the main activities, and a well-earned sausage and chip supper, there was a quiz involving all the teams.
Congratulations to Team 1 for winning the quiz, and Team 5 for scoring the most points over the night!
Thanks to Simon and the team at High Littleton Scouts for putting on the event, and we look forward to being able to run more large-scale events in the new year!
